I’m grateful they were able to take us in immediately (as we were passing through town and still had another 8 hour drive to our destination). They identified the issue (failed wheel bearing) and were able to get it fixed and us back on the road in roughly 4-5 hours, they maintained communication throughout via text and phone calls which we really appreciated. I found the price reasonable and the location excellent. We were a family of 5 and we had our large dog with us. They were very generous to offer us a ride wherever we needed to go to be comfortable and out of the blistering heat. Fortunately, we found a great cafe across the parking lot that allowed our dog on the patio, a Walmart where we could stock up on waters and sunscreen, as well as a lovely park with a gazebo and some shade located behind the shop in the church area.

Highly Recommend Christian Brothers Automotive I am reposting my review now that my situation has been resolved. I previously removed my initial review because I was anticipating legal action against my third-party warranty company. I want to clarify that Christian Brothers Automotive did absolutely nothing wrong; they have been fantastic throughout this entire process. The Experience with Christian Brothers The team at Christian Brothers treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Chris (Service Writer): Was amazing, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. Bo: Was incredibly empathetic, caring, and supportive during a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of honest, quality automotive repair. A Warning Regarding Third-Party Warranties For anyone dealing with aftermarket warranty companies, please do your homework. Their primary objective often seems to be finding ways to deny coverage. In my case, a covered component failed, which ultimately caused the engine to overheat and sustain severe damage. The warranty company attempted to avoid covering the resulting engine replacement. I had recently purchased a used car, and the check engine light came on. I took it to Christian Brothers and they told me my timing chain was stretched and needed to be replaced. The estimate was for over 5500. My car warranty was even going to send an investigator to see if what they said was wrong actually was. However I took it to another mechanic, Complete Auto on 50th, and they determined it was my left side Cam Position Sensors, which cost me less than 1000 to replace. Plus it would not have been replaced in the Christian Bothers Estimate. This was the second time I went to them. The first they told me my battery was going bad, and I told them I thought it was my alternator. Because of them being the mechanic I trusted them. It turned out I was right and the alternator was bad, and I had to have it replaced as well. Christian Brothers never apologized for the wrong diagnosis for then either. I try not to write bad reviews, but in this case I only am so others know to get a second opinion before ever trusting Christian Brothers.

They are friendly, professional, and listened without dismissing me. I took my mom's car in to have some parts added and replaced to correct the alignment. After the service, everything was within the correct parameters, but I still felt the car pulling to one side. Without giving me any hassle, theylooked the car over again and made a few adjustments so that the driving experience was smoother for me while remaining within the proper alignment.

I dropped my car off on March 16th under a warranty claim. While the warranty was confirmed to cover one issue, I was informed that another issue was found, which led to a $149 inspection fee. I did not object to this at the time. Both issues were repaired, and I picked up my vehicle. On March 26th, my engine light came back on. I returned the car that Friday around 8:00 a.m., believing it was related to the same problem. By 2:00 p.m., I had received no updates, so I called for a status check. I was told my car would be next, as they were finishing other vehicles. At 4:37 p.m., I received a text stating my car was being reviewed and that an estimate would follow shortly. I never received one that day, and as a result, my car sat there the entire weekend without any communication. I called again Monday at 9:00 a.m. since no one had followed up. I was told the person working on my estimate was on another call and would contact me shortly. Over an hour later, I finally received the estimate along with a phone call. The estimate was extremely high and included work that I was previously told was not necessary, but had been added “just in case.” I questioned why I was being charged anot
